The software allows customers to better manage their KPIs and results from ads on Google, Amazon, Facebook and metasearch platforms like Google Hotel Ads and Tripadvisor.

The organization is growing rapidly: both in terms of features in the software and expansion of the international team. We are looking for a Customer Success Consultant Travel to strengthen our travel team.
As a Customer Success Consultant Travel, you help our clients get the most out of their online marketing activities. You support them with the implementation of our software and support. You can translate important data-driven insights into actionables for the customer.
You work in a planned and structured way, and you are only satisfied when a customer is. It is undeniable that your knowledge of different marketing channels and a broad view on travel and e-commerce is vital.
Your main tasks are:
- Coordinate all information and action points at the start of a new collaboration;
- Switching with the customer and colleagues so that you can guide and support the customer as best as possible with the onboarding;
- Execute and manage the onboarding for the customer;
- Monitoring the results at the customer;
- Strategic advice in which you combine your knowledge about the customer’s business with data-driven insights;
- Providing training for the customer;
- Translate developments in the travel industry into new solutions in our tool.
- A completed education at HBO or WO level;
- A data and performance-driven mindset;
- Knowledge of advertising on metasearch platforms such as Google Hotel Ads, Tripadvisor, and Trivago (an advantage);
- Interest in the travel industry and e-commerce;
- No difficulty working independently;
- Excellent communication skills and you like to make customers happy;
- The natural drive to get better and develop further;
- A fluent command of English.
